Chris, what a kind, sweet person your mother was. Living across the street from her, I learned what it was like to have a special person like her in my life. She was always full of compliments and always was so appreciative of anything I did for her. She and Louie always waved when they were coming and going and they loved my dogs, always asking about them. I don't think I ever had a conversation with her that she didn't bring up your name, she was so proud of you. I'm sorry I will miss the funeral home as I will be out of town. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We ate lunch at Golden Coral today and I told the manager that she had died. They couldn't believe it. Everyone there knew her and said she came to the Christmas party too. Apparently she had just eaten there last week because they remembered seeing her. It was very apparent that she had left behind her kindness to everyone there. And that's just how she was to everyone. Kay Calvert
