So sad to learn of Joyce's death, but I feel very fortunate that I was able to know her for many years. As a very wonderful "cousin-in-law". I remember the first time I saw her: John brought her to a family Christmas party. Her outfit was very stylish, and Christmas-y. She wore on her pretty silvery hair a small set of reindeer antlers, with little twinkling red lights! Joyce instantly made friends with everyone in the family, young and old. When she got her piano, one evening we sat and played tunes from some music books I had. She was very smart about many topics, and she knew a lot about 'behind the scenes' of the health care industry.
