And from this easy chair came his warm gentle smile, a beacon to a safe harbor from the rush of our temporal lives. So much water under my stern, thie light still off my bow. I shall always remember him for his easy chair. For this should be our understanding of life. After days, months and years of standing tall, of answering the sirens call, know well that to rest and enjoy family and friends is the real measure of a life well lived. I shall try to live by this creed, to sail close to his wind, and honor a life well lived.
