Capt Wiliam Davis, was to be one of my shining newest Contracts Manager at Hanscom AFB MA, so I will miss his smile that I did not get to esperience, his bravery that he has shown throughout his military service, and I will miss not being able to personnally THANK him for his service, but I am most grateful to you, his parents, so I want to personnally THANK you for 'his' dedicated service.
