I went to Waggener HS with Jay and I always remember his smile and humor. Jay and I have seen each other at all the Waggener gatherings over the many years. He always greeted us with a huge hug and was interested in catching up with what we all were up to. Jay will be remembered as a caring and loving person who helped so many in his 61 years. Jay, you will be missed.
