I knew Jay for over 20 years. I worked for the NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles and spent many informative and happy hours with Jay at conferences and meetings. He was always the person that could be trusted to provide the best and most reliable information. I also had the pleasure of watching him fly at Oshkosh and talking to him about flying. I remember when he started and how much he enjoyed it. God bless you Jay, you will be sorely missed!
